By train
If you're planning on travelling to Belfast City Airport by train, you can book a ticket for Sydenham and catch a shuttle bus from there to the airport terminal. A train service run by Translink is available every half an hour between Belfast Central station, Belfast City railway station and Sydenham station. Trains run between 6am and 11pm weekdays and Saturdays. An hourly service runs on Sundays between 9am and ten in the evening, costing around £1.40.
By bus
A good selection of buses are available from Belfast City Airport to the city. The Express 600 service is every 20 minutes from Sydenham to the Belfast Europa Bus Centre, costing £2.20 for a return. Alternatively, you can catch the Metrobus Number 3 every 20 minutes from Sydenham train station which takes you to Belfast City Hall, a short distance from the airport terminal.
