If you are eligible to travel to Hong Kong and have visited a “specified high-risk place” within the past 21 days, you will need to provide a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of departure. You will also be required to take a mandatory coronavirus test on arrival in Hong Kong.
The Government of Hong Kong specifies these high-risk places as Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, Ecuador, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the USA.
