As of 22 December 2020, all passenger travel from the UK to Spain is restricted until 19 January 2021, with the exception of Spanish nationals and those legally resident in Spain.

Travel to Spain from the UK is only allowed for Spanish nationals and those legally resident in Spain. This includes flights from the UK to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
If you are travelling from the UK to Spain you must undertake a negative Covid-19 PCR, TMA or LAMP test within 72 hours of arrival. This requirement extends to all passengers arriving in Spain, regardless of residency or length of stay.
Yes. If you are a resident in Spain, you should carry your residence document (either the new TIE or the green paper EU residence certificate) as well as a valid passport.
From 4 January 2021 until 10 January 2021, a period of grace will allow a valid “resguardo de solicitud o renovación de tarjeta de extranjero” document as evidence for those UK nationals who do not have a TIE card but have started their Spanish residency process.
Finally, you must also declare on the mandatory Health Control Form that you have undertaken a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival. This form must be completed 48 hours prior to travel.
