Medicspot is raising money for NHS Charities Together who are providing support to NHS staff and volunteers 💙

The challenge

CBBC presenter and internet sensation Joe Tasker is challenging you to take part in the Medicspot Face Mask Challenge!

Join us in designing your own face mask using our printable mask template alongside hundreds of primary and secondary school children across the country!

What you choose to design is completely up to you! You could include your favourite animals, superheroes or even your favourite food! All we ask is that you use your imagination.

The prizes

The person who impresses Joe the most will win 30 face masks for them and their classmates featuring their winning design, £500 for their school to spend on new supplies and their face mask will be made available to purchase, with Medicspot donating 100% of the proceeds to NHS Charities Together.

Joe will also selecting 20 more winners (4 winners from each 2-year age bracket from 5–14) who will win a face mask featuring their design and have it made available to purchase, with Medicspot donating 100% of the proceeds to NHS Charities Together.

How to enter

Anyone from a UK primary or secondary school aged 5–14 can take part in our Face Mask Challenge.

  1. Download and print out the Medicspot Face Mask template here. Fill in the template however you like! You can use pens, pencils, crayons or even paint!
  2. Upload a clear photo or scan of your design and fill in your details here by 18 June 2021
  3. Don’t forget to share your face mask designs on social media using #FaceMaskChallenge and tag @medicspot!

Top tips for wearing a face mask

  • Before wearing a face mask, wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water or use a hand sanitiser
  • Make sure the face mask you plan to use is clean and safe to use with no signs of damage
  • Place it on your face, covering your nose, mouth and chin, making sure that there are no gaps between your face and the mask
  • Remember! Keep your hands away from your face mask whilst wearing it. If you happen to touch the face mask, wash your hands again
  • Don’t share your face mask with anyone else
  • Even whilst wearing a face mask, you should still keep a safe distance away from other people and continue to wash or sanitise your hands often
