You have as long as you need with our doctors. Most appointments typically last 15 minutes.
You can discuss up to 2 health concerns during a single appointment. If you have 3 or more health concerns you need to discuss, please book 2 appointments.
We ask this to help with our scheduling so we can continue to give you access to same-day appointments.
You can often book an appointment within a few hours but we recommend booking in advance where possible.
You can see a doctor on your phone from 9am–9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am–6pm on Sunday. For specific opening hours by clinic, please find your nearest clinic and visit the clinic page for more details.
We strongly encourage members to opt in to sharing information with your NHS GP, as this results in better care. There are some treatments that we cannot prescribe without letting your usual doctor know. We will always tell you what these are and let you decide.
If you have a video consultation, you can pick up your prescription from over 5,000 pharmacies in the UK. If you visit one of our 300+ clinics, you can collect your prescription on your way out. All prescriptions are private and must be paid for at the pharmacy.
You will need a smartphone or tablet with a camera and microphone as well as a stable internet connection.
