What is the cost of an appointment?

A single appointment costs £49 plus the cost of any prescriptions that you may require.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We normally have appointments available on the same day.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours at 9am–9pm Monday - Saturday & 9am–6pm on Sunday.

Will my regular GP be informed?

We do not send your notes to your usual GP unless you have given your consent for us to do so.

How long will my appointment last?

Appointments usually last 15 minutes but your health is our priority and therefore our doctors will take as long as they need to make sure you are well looked after.

What kind of device do I need?

You will need a mobile device with a camera and microphone as well as a good internet connection. You can also use your laptop device if it is running the most up to date version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, or Opera but we suggest using your mobile phone or tablet.

Can I use private or incognito browsing?

We suggest that you do not try to use private or incognito browsing as this can cause issues when trying to connect your camera and microphone

Do you have access to my NHS records?

At this time we do not have access to your NHS records.

What happens if I have technical issues?
