I've worked at Medicspot since Christmas 2020 and have loved every minute as it’s such a friendly, supportive workplace. My favourite thing about working at Medicspot is that we like to think outside the box to always go above and beyond for our customers - meaning every day is different! My favourite food is coffee - no one can convince me it’s not a vital part of the food chain, it definitely fuels me most days! My favourite holiday is the Maldives - I spent two weeks relaxing on a tiny island there and can’t wait to go back one day.
I started working at Medicspot in December 2020. My favourite thing about working at Medicspot are my colleagues and the happy and enjoyable working environment that we are fortunate enough to be a part of. My favourite meal has to be a full English breakfast with a nice cup of Earl Grey tea. I eat well 90% of the time so the greasy naughtiness tastes extra special when I do get to indulge. My favourite holiday destination is a close call between Santorini and Dubrovnik but I'm going with Dubrovnik because of my love of Game of Thrones. It has a very unique atmosphere in the Old Town and is definitely one to add to your bucket list.
I’ve been working at Medicspot since March 2021 after being in the customer service sector for over 10 years - mainly in the airline industry, recruitment, and training. Here at Medicspot, the Operations team work closely with Pharmacy partners and the customer service team. Everyone here is supportive, energetic and fun which definitely makes the job! My favourite food is seafood or a homely roast dinner! My favourite holiday destination would be Mexico or Singapore because I love the beach, culture, and the modern city!
I've worked at Medicspot since March 2021. My favourite thing about working in customer service is being able to problem solve and help people. I'm a massive foodie so have many favourites, however, I love an Indian takeaway, a traditional roast dinner, chocolate and blue cheese but not all together! I’ve travelled to Barcelona and Portugal, both beautiful hot sunny countries rich with culture, but for me, it wasn't about the place I was in, but the people I was spending time with, my family.
I have worked for Medicspot since April 2021. My favourite thing about working for Medicspot is building personalised experiences for customers. I enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our customers through satisfaction as well as having an odd joke or two. Yes, work can be serious at times but having fun when the time is appropriate is also a must! My favourite type of food is Sushi, even though I'm not a fussy eater, Sushi is definitely one of my favourites because of its unique taste. My favourite holiday destination is Taiwan. I was working there for three months and went from not knowing a single person to falling in love with the country and making amazing friends. Sometimes, you just have to bite your tongue and do things you never thought you could!
I joined Medicspot almost 3 years ago. I’m really proud of how Medicspot has grown and adapted in what has been a challenging and uncertain time. The company has truly been my sanctuary of sanity filled with support and care. These people have become my second family. I love spending time with my friends and family, watching my children play, grow and discover new things. I love baking with the kids although this doesn’t mean I can bake! My favourite holiday destination is Tenerife - I’m looking forward to taking my 18-month-old twins on their first holiday abroad!
