Which Wegovy dose can I switch to from Mounjaro?
The chart below shows what patients are typically able to switch across to. Find your current Mounjaro dose on the left hand side. Reading across the row, you should typically be able to switch across to any of the Wegovy doses marked in green. You will not be able to switch across to the doses marked in red.

Dose by dose typical switching options
Typically, the dosage switching options are as follows:
From 2.5mg Mounjaro you can switch to 0.25mg Wegovy.
From 5mg Mounjaro you can switch to 0.25mg or 0.5mg Wegovy.
From 7.5mg Mounjaro you can switch to 0.25mg, 0.5mg or 1.0mg Wegovy.
From 10mg Mounjaro you can switch to 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1.0mg or 1.7mg Wegovy.
From 12.5mg Mounjaro you can switch to 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1.0mg or 1.7mg Wegovy.
From 15mg Mounjaro you can switch to 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1.0mg or 1.7mg Wegovy.
