Free health coach offer

Medicspot offers eligible members complimentary weekly check-ins with a health coach for a period of six months when they report reaching their goal weight (and who meet the Terms and Conditions below). This offer relates to wellbeing support only and does not include clinical care or the supply of medicines.

The offer provides one weekly check-in session for up to 26 consecutive weeks, delivered via WhatsApp. Sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or extended beyond the six-month period. There is no cash alternative and the offer has no resale value.

Eligibility

To qualify for this offer, you must:

• Have been subscribed to a Medicspot Weight Loss Programme (Medicated or Non-Medicated) for at least four consecutive months prior to claiming the offer
• Self-report that you have reached your goal weight – this is based on trust and does not need to be pre-set at the start of your programme
• Confirm your goal weight with a health coach via WhatsApp or through a Medicspot-approved weigh-in check within 14 days of reaching it

About the sessions

Weekly check-ins are designed for ongoing lifestyle, motivation, and behaviour support. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Coaches are not healthcare professionals and cannot provide medical or prescribing advice. All clinical decisions, including prescriptions, remain the responsibility of the prescribing clinician.

This offer is intended as a motivational wellbeing benefit and does not imply or guarantee any specific weight loss results.

If your messages suggest a risk of harm to you or others, we may escalate to appropriate services (e.g., emergency services, your GP) in line with UK safeguarding practice and our Privacy Policy.

Data protection and privacy

By claiming this offer, you agree that Medicspot may process your personal data, including weight information and WhatsApp communications, for the purposes of delivering and monitoring your health coaching sessions.

WhatsApp is a third-party platform operated by Meta Platforms. By participating, you consent to its use and understand that your data may be processed outside the UK in accordance with WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.

By claiming this offer, you agree that Medicspot may process your personal data, including weight information and WhatsApp communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Expiry and missed sessions

Sessions not used within the six-month period will automatically expire and cannot be carried forward. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled beyond the agreed period.

Programme changes

Medicspot reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw this offer at any time. If you are already enrolled in the offer, we will provide reasonable notice before any changes take effect. Material changes will be notified by email. If we withdraw the offer during your six-month term for reasons outside our control (e.g., platform changes), we will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative channel.

Misuse and fair use

We may suspend or remove access to the offer where there is misuse (e.g., abusive messages, spamming, sharing unlawful or harmful content), repeated no-shows. We will act reasonably and explain any decision. A fair-use policy applies: coaching is limited to one check-in per week and reasonable follow-up within business hours.
