Use of submissions

• By submitting meal photos, recipes, comments, or other content through the Rate My Plate service, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
• You grant Medicspot a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display your submissions (including any coach replies relating to your submissions) on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
• Where recipes are submitted, you confirm that you are the author or have the right to share the recipe and grant Medicspot permission to publish, adapt, and distribute it.

 

Privacy and data protection
By participating in Rate My Plate, you consent to Medicspot processing your personal data (including health-related data inferred from your submissions) in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.medicspot.co.uk/privacy-policy. This processing includes using anonymised or edited versions of your submissions for public display. You may withdraw your consent and request removal of your published content at any time by contacting us through our support page.
