Small Wins, Big Momentum

Tiny Habits

This is where Tiny Habits can really make a difference. Small, doable actions that take less than a minute and don’t rely on willpower, but still help you feel more in control of your day.

  • After I fill the kettle, I will pour a glass of water.
  • After I get into bed, I will write down one thing that went well today.
  • When I turn the kettle on, I will do 5 squats.
  • When cooking a meal, I will ask “Can I add one more vegetable to this?”
  • After I sit down at my desk, I will take one slow breath.

These small actions might seem too tiny to matter, but that’s exactly why they work. They’re easy to repeat, easy to celebrate, and they help build confidence without adding more pressure to your already packed schedule.
