For fast results, we recommend using the DX Returns Method. Returns via the tracked DX courier service is the fastest and most reliable way of returning your PCR sample. This service is included in the cost of your test, there is no extra charge.
If you drop your PCR sample at an available DX site before 5pm, Monday to Friday your sample will reach our Laboratory by 9am the next day. Friday drop-offs are delivered on Saturday Morning. Your test will then be processed and you will receive your result within 24 hours of your sample arriving at the Laboratory.
Your kit may have a DX label included, simply attach this to the bottom of the PCR box and return it to your nearest available drop off location.
If your kit does not contain a DX shipping return label simply click here and complete a quick form and our team will email you your return label.
As an alternative option, you can also return your test kits using Royal Mail. Our PCR kits contain a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Returns label, and can be posted at any Royal Mail Priority Post box.
Please follow these steps when returning your kit to us via Royal Mail:
Note - Royal Mail do not collect or deliver on Sundays, so please check timeframes for when you need to travel. Kits posted after the last collection on Saturday will not be collected until Monday, for delivery to the Lab on Tuesday.
Royal Mail services are impacted over Bank Holidays and Public Holidays; please check seasonal posting times on the priority post box link to plan returning your test to us accordingly.
As a third option, you may choose to take the kit directly to our Lab partner yourself or arrange your own courier to do so.
Please note, your costs and risks of doing this would be your own responsibility and we would not be able to reimburse or support you in any way.
Our Lab partner address is as follows, and the Goods In department are available 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week.
Source BiosciencePlease note - all correspondence about your test, including results, need to be directed to Medicspot - Source Bioscience and their colleagues will not be able to assist you directly.
