Mounjaro 10mg Dose Guide

The Mounjaro 10mg dose is typically Step 4 in the standard titration schedule. After at least four weeks on 7.5mg, your clinician may approve moving up to 10mg if:

• Your weight loss has plateaued and you need additional support
• Appetite suppression has reduced before your next injection
• You’re tolerating previous doses well with only mild side effects

At this level, tirzepatide’s dual GLP-1 and GIP hormone effects are more fully activated, often leading to greater appetite control and enhanced weight loss
