Here’s how to keep it simple

  • 🥦 Start with vegetables:
Fill half your plate with colourful, seasonal produce. At each meal, ask yourself the question, “How could I add more veg to this?”

  • 🥚 Add protein and healthy fats:
These keep you satisfied after eating, help you feel fuller for longer and can help with sugar cravings. Think a handful of nuts with a piece of fruit or chocolate, or avocado and egg on toast for more balance.

  • 🍰 Savour your favourites:
Leave room for a serving of your must-have Christmas dish. Take your time eating so you enjoy every mouthful and if you start to feel guilty, try to bat those thoughts away.
tip

💡 The key is finding joy in your meals – focus on nourishing your body and your spirit this Christmas.
